Yorath joined Leeds as a schoolboy and eventually became a cornerstone of Don Revie’s formidable side. Known for his incredible work rate and tough tackling, he earned his place alongside legends like Billy Bremner and Johnny Giles. Interestingly, Terry Yorath holds the historic distinction of being the first Welshman to play in a European Cup final, starting for Leeds against Bayern Munich in 1975. Beyond his club success, he was a proud captain of the Wales national team, earning 59 caps and later leading them as a manager to the very brink of World Cup qualification in 1993.
Off the pitch, younger fans may recognize his name through his daughter, the well-known sports presenter Gabby Logan. This T-shirt is a fitting tribute to a man who gave his all for the white shirt and remains a beloved figure amongst the Elland Road faithful.
