Football Stadium Prints - About me

Steve Stewart thinking about Football Stadium Prints
That's me pretending to be clever and deep in thought.

Let's find out little bit more about me, shall we?

Hello. I am Steve Stewart, graphic designer and 100% certified Football Stadium Nerd. It’s a pleasure to meet you.

Football Stadiums the world over are amazing places. From the hedge lined Glebe Park in Brechin, Scotland, to the unmistakable yellow and blue façade of Boca Juniors infamous La Bombonera in Buenos Aires.

My vision is to create unique, beautiful and affordable art of your home football stadium, showcasing the things that make your home ground special, the aspects that set your stadium apart from all the rest, that you can proudly hang in your home.

I may have started this project in Scotland but I have grown to be truly international. I am here because I want to create designs of football grounds anywhere in the world. Not just the top leagues, but every league, at every level. Celtic park to Lossiemouth FC’s Grant Park. Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium to Bath City’s Twerton Park. Every ground is special, and every ground deserves recognition.

English Football Stadium Prints. Italian Football Stadium Prints. German Football Stadium Prints. Soccer Stadium Prints from the US. Non league stadium prints. Women’s Football Stadium Prints. And that’s just scratching the surface of the football merchandise I have to offer. The collection grows every single week.

Football is loved the world over and that love is no better felt than when attending a home game in your home stadium.

I started with the 42 senior club stadiums in Scotland but there is no way I was going to end there. But In order to grow I need you to tell me about your home.

If you have any suggestions for future stadiums for me to visit please get in touch on Twitter @StadiumPrint

Leagues I'm working with

Scottish Women's Premier League

In late 2018 I was approached by the Scottish Women’s Premier League to see if there was a way we could work together to help promote the Women’s game in Scotland during the 2019 season.

I absolutely jumped at the chance and since the turn of the year I’ve been working on designs to showcase the grounds of all 16 current SWPL teams.

All sixteen will be revealed and available to buy before the kickoff of the 2019 season.

Scottish Lowland Football League

The Scottish Lowland Football League is a fantastic league that is going from strength to strength. A lot of that growing success is down to the league’s use of Social Media.

The league’s social media presence is fresh and fun with a sense of not taking itself too seriously, whilst never hiding that this is a serious and competitive league.

When I was asked to provide graphics for their match day twitter cards there was no way I could say no.

6 Yard Box - Edinburgh

6 Yard Box Scottish Football Prints

If you find yourself in Edinburgh you should pop into 6 Yard Box on East Market Street (just outside Waverly Station) where you can see a selection of my prints and mugs.

It’s a small selection of FULLY LICENSED (more on that later) products for Stranraer, East Fife, Edinburgh City, Berwick Rangers, Cowdenbeath and Albion Rovers. So, when you buy from 6 Yard Box you are making sure that money is going back into your club.

Officially Licensed

Edinburgh Based Football Nation (who also run 6 Yard Box) run the club shops of 6 clubs in Scotland. If you buy any of my prints or mugs direct from their online stores (or club shops) you ensure that you are helping put money back into your club.

If you are a representative from a club and you want to have a chat about selling my designs officially please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’d be thrilled if you thought my designs would sell on your club website or in store. No, i’d be absolutely over the moon if you thought my designs would sell.

I currently have arrangements set-up with Enfield Town FC and GAIS of Sweden. I also worked closely with a representative from Tooting and Mitcham United.

I’m more than happy to get plans put in place that’ll see the clubs benefit as well as myself.

Some of the reasons to choose Football Stadium Prints

  • Unique and exclusive designs by Steven Stewart, a graphic designer from Brechin, Scotland, who wanted to try and find all the good things about Football Stadiums in Scotland (and then the world).
  • Each sale encourages me to keep going. Your support is what drives me to improve.
  • You will help a small, one man run company.
  • You will have a unique product that cannot be found anywhere else (unless it is in a club shop).

The Two Point One

The guys over at The Two Point One were the first media outlet to reach out to us. They are absolutely superb at Scottish Football stats. They really are out of this world when it comes to analysis.

The Football Pink

I had a very nice chat with the thoroughly lovely Mark last week regarding Scottish Football Stadium Prints. Among other things we discussed my process, my motivations, and Football Fans love of their home ground pies.

You can read the article by clicking this link. I hope you enjoy it.

And if you don’t already, I would highly recommend following @TheMarkGordon and of course @TheFootballPink

Colpodireni

Firstly, my apologies if I have the name of this website wrong. It is by an Italian guy called Emmanuele Michela (@LeleMichela) who happens to be a massive fan of Calcio Lecco 1912.

After seeing that I’d branched out into the Italian leagues by completing a couple of Italian Stadiums he asked if he could write a few words about the site.

If you read Italian, or you trust the auto google translate, you can see his piece here: Il fascino degli stadi scozzesi stampato sulle maglie

Also, here is the print of his beloved Calcio Lecco 1912 of Serie D.

Our story and how you can shape it

Brechin have their Hedge. Montrose fans are absolutely mental for the Dynamo. And Berwick Rangers fans have a real soft spot for the Silos outside Shielfield Park.

And that’s what makes Scottish Football so superb. Every ground has something special about it. Something unique.

So with all that in mind I need your help to let me know what it is that you love about your ground. Or even what you love about away grounds. Is there a feature that makes you proud to call it your own? Some quirk that you just don’t find at other club’s stadiums?

Send me a message on twitter…
