Delivery

When you order from us, the printing facility closest to your shipping address will be used to fulfil your order. If the closest facility does not have the item you require your order will automatically be assigned to the facility that does stock your item.

Our range at Football Stadium Prints grows nearly every day. With nearly 2000 different items available (as of sept ’23) it’s impossible for us to store every product. As such, your order will be printed on demand.

The average fulfilment time (time it takes to receive order, printed and sent out the door) is around 2 and a half days.

During quieter times your item should be printed and dispatched well within 5 working days and a dispatch email should be sent. Please check spam folders just in case it has found it’s way in there. During busier times like Christmas and Father’s day the processing time can take quite a bit longer and could take as long as 10 days to be issued.

Orders over the weekend will be processed the next working day. Working days are classed as Monday to Fridays only, excluding UK bank Holidays and Public Holidays. International orders will have the local working days applied depending on the facility that is printing your order.

Postage

Postage in the UK is by Royal Mail’s 48 hour signed for service. When your order has been dispatched you should receive an email with your order tracking number. If you can’t find your tracking number please check your spam folder first, then email us at email@footballstadiumprints.com with your shipping name and order number (if you have it) and we’ll get your tracking number for you.

International postage will be carried out by your shipping countries national mail system or local courier. When your item is dispatched you’ll receive a tracking order that you’ll be able to use with your national mail networks website to find out where your item is or which courier’s website you need to use to find your item.

Postage Price

Postage price is calculated at the checkout.  When you add items to your basket you can then add your address to your basket and the shipping cost will update automatically each time you add new items. This way you can shop accordingly and not get a shock when you get to the checkout.
