Alan Devonshire spent a significant period of his career at West Ham United, earning legendary status at Upton Park. He made over 400 appearances for the club during a career that spanned over 14 years. Known for his tremendous work rate and exceptional ability on the left wing, he was a key figure in the Hammers’ success, most notably helping them win the 1980 FA Cup final against Arsenal, despite the club being outside the top flight at the time. His loyalty and commitment to the claret and blue made him one of the most beloved players of his generation.
