Petershill Park – Glasgow City
Glasgow City FC are only 21 years old but in that time their name has become synonymous with Scottish Women’s Football.
In 2016 they recorded their 10th consecutive title. Beating the previous record held by the men’s teams of Rangers and Celtic.
They didn’t stop there though. They then went ahead and won it in 2017 and again in 2018.
They kick off the defense of their crown on Sunday (10th Feb) against Rangers Women and will be looking to go for a 13th consecutive league title. Thirteen. That’s not a typo. 13 titles in a row. And, that’s not even counting all the cup victories along the way.
It would be absolutely amazing if you could share this with as many people as possible.
Thank you.
